STEP 3: Enjoy!
Go at your own pace In this pre-recorded course. I recommend you watch one unit a week and practice what you learn before watching the next unit. You could watch one video or unit per day, or even binge the entire 6-unit course (21 videos!) in one sitting and return to the videos you want to review after using/practicing your new skills. You’ll learn about your abilities and empath types, how to recognize and move other people’s emotions through/out of your field, forming/establishing a Spiritual connection with yourself, setting boundaries, dealing with difficult people, disassociation patterns and more!
